Refund and Returns Policy

Premier Educations maintains a structured refund policy to ensure fairness and operational stability.


1. Before Course Commencement

  • Students who request cancellation at least 5 working days before course start may receive a refund.

  • An administrative fee of 15% may be deducted.


2. After Course Commencement

  • No refunds will be provided once classes have started.

  • Partial attendance does not qualify for refund.


3. Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered under:

  • Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)

  • Institutional cancellation of course

All such cases are reviewed individually.


4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 working days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.


5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Registration fees

  • Study materials

  • Administrative charges
